Reception told is they had a bigger group before so the room stayed that way and they could not offer us the room we booked. Room smelled very badly, window could not be closed. "Quirky. The room was nice enough. One of three secure rooms in an apartment. Nice bathroom and bed. A little difficult to get in initially. Five keys total required, but after day 1 not a problem. We were’t able to figure out the Metro to city center so took a cab for 20 Euros. Amazing city. Had a private tour through GetYourGuide which was terrific. "
