"I reserved a 1000 sqf Executive suite with view of the ocean. Also, I requested for the highest floor. My first night was in 115 (building 1, first floor, room #5). There was no view of the ocean none whatsoever. As soon as I walked into the room, I call front desk right away to request for room change. The staff told me that there was no room available and I need to wait until the next day to find out what room, building is available. And, I have to check out by noon and wait until 3:00pm to check in again. The hotel should have provide accommodation like let us check out late or have access to regency club while waiting for our room for 3 hours. Note that, we paid for 4 days in a row."

"A lovely quiet location with just a short 10 minute walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The laundry room was a great asset, reception always had change rode the machines. The condo was spacious, quiet and lonely and clean. Highly recommend."

"What a fantastic hotel! Unbelievable value for what you get. Huge pool, very clean and spacious rooms, unbeatable location on Choeng Mon beach. Such a lovely area - sandy beach with calm, warm sea and many lovely beach bars and restaurants. Also fantastic cafes on the main road for breakfast / brunch. Very chilled vibe. Wish I could give above 5 stars for the level of service. This is exceptional and the owner is so kind, friendly and helpful. Exceptional value, stunning area, had everything you need. Really want to return!"
