It was a disappointing stay. Onsen is closed. Front desk personnel were not very good at their customer service. Snowing day, no onsen, no walking around, no facility to spend time, a boring place. Room is far from car park and very small. Hotpot is placed on a stool for sitting, instead of a proper table, can you imagine? Heater is very hot even a lowest setting. Whole night couldn't sleep well as it was too hot. On the ground floor so didn't feel safe to open the window. Dinner in the hotel was limited and expensive. Drove out to have a very satisfying good beef dinner at 1/3 of the price.
