Family of 6 travelling - 13 min walk from a main station which is 2 stops from Shinjuku. Property is set across three levels with steep stairs. Very clean and convenient for us. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend to any families needing a bit more space (and laundry facilities - washing machine but no dryer) We will be back for sure!

Property was great we had 2 families & 4 bedrooms gave us more space. We had kitchen also which was handy! Short walk to train station (Jr line which is main line) & neighbourhood was fine with friendly people! 7 eleven not far away to grab food. Host was very helpful with our questions as first time in Japan.

This suited us as a family of 5 traveling, but by Western / Australian standards the size of the house/beds/stair case was definetly something to get used to as it was very tight. The location was quiet, and not hard to get to a train station to get everywhere we wanted to go. Its definetly not a tourist spot though, but easy enough to walk 10-15minutes to get to places a bit more "exciting". Would have loved a dryer to go with the washing machine so we could quickly do our laundry rather than having to wait for clothes to dry on the rack on the balcony. It didnt get a lot of sun, so took a long time to dry, especially heavier items like jumpers.

Die Unterkunft war bei Anreise nicht ordentlich gereinigt. In den Betten befanden sich Haare von Vormietern. in den Klimageräten befanden sich Schimmelsporen. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich aber umgehend um eine neue Reinigung. die Unterkunft war für unsere Zwecke vollkommen in Ordnung und lag zentral. Ca, 10 min entfernt vom Takadanobaba JR Bahnhof.
