I thought the room was bigger than the average business hotel in the area. The staff were excellent and the room was very good. My only concern is that the breakfast is not on par with some others in the area. The coffee is good and the options for coffee were excellent. I wish there had been a few more items on the breakfast menu. We opted to go to other places for this reason.

About 5 minutes walking to two underground stations which is good for Tokyo, has washing /drying machines, there is a restaurant/going out area nearby. Rooms are small, a characteristic of Japan.

Good central location with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Quiet location with good transport links nearby. Room small but comfortable, all clean and modern. With corridor with open balcony outside our room- would prefer lift to have added security of room key activation. Reception staff excellent- let us leave luggage at hotel on final day for evening pick up

It was only okay if you are looking for a place to sleep. It’s not close to Otemachi even it is named. It was cold outside of the room door since it’s open air. The bathroom was not clean enough and outdated.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are small as you expect in Tokyo but have everything you need. Staff were very helpful and check-in/out easy. It’s a 5 minute walk to Kanda station so really handy for getting out and about. Kanda has the Chuo line that takes you out to Studio Ghibli as well as other places. Area is quiet at night but with several places to eat and plenty of convenience stores.

I loved that this hotel had an air conditioner unlike the previous hotel I stayed at and it never felt stuffy even with the AC off. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are food options and different stations within walkable distances. I would stay here again on my next trip.

We asked the front desk staff to make a phone call to the Japan Airlines since they could communicate in Japanese, but the staff was hesitant to start with and eventually that conversation did not seem to occur. That was the only thing we felt unsatisfied with the hotel.

Perfect location- but the service was awful. When we walked in the room, the bathroom not clean (lots of hairs). Front desk people are like robot- not nice at all. No flexibility. The only thing I like about the hotel was location.

Room looks nothing like the photos. Much smaller. Don't even have space to open up our luggage. Area around the hotel is very quiet all the restaurants are mostly closed due to public holidays. This is a business district and not a shopping area.

Too tiny room and expensive.
The room was super tiny. No space to put suitcases at all. There was no space between beds. No bedside table. Also very expensive.

The hotel is a construction zone, and will be for months. This is more like a backpacker hotel than a place that would rate any stars. The hotel and rooms look nothing like the pictures. The location is good, and easy to find from two or three different stations. Plenty of places to eat. So this is a great place as long as you don't actually have to go to the hotel.

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is in a good location with tons of restaurants nearby. The building itself is under construction (the hotel did notify us in advance) so there is no window access at all. The room itself is spacious in Tokyo standard but it's a bit outdated. Staffs were friendly with good English. It's a great budget hotel if you are in that area.

Check in was easy. There is a 7-11 across the street with a good selection of food and a coffee shop across the other street. There is also a McDonalds and Starbucks about 500 m away. Room was bigger than I expected for Tokyo. We stayed for 8 nights in a room with two beds. It was big enough for us to comfortably move around and settle in. We had only one large suitcase and two backpacks and it was big enough for all of that. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. We never heard hallway noise or neighbors. The bathroom had a large enough ledge for a toiletry bag and a few small items. Word of caution, anyone that is over 6’3” will have a hard time standing in the tub and washing their hair. Another word of caution, while the plugs do have the ‘| |’ shape, they don’t have the third hole for the ground prong. If you’re bringing devices that have the ground prong you should bring an adapter. There are two washer/dryer combos that add the detergent and fabric softener. They are small machines and cost 600 yen per load and it took at least two hours to complete. The hotel is in a quiet area. We felt safe at every moment and there is a street a block away with amazing small restaurants. Kanda Station, Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station are all within 1km, easy walking distance and easy to find. Between the three stations you have access to everything you should need for easy transport around and even outside Tokyo.

We just stayed a night because we didn't like our last hostel and i would not stay another night. The room was okey but the bed is too small for 2 people and the lobby and hallways are old, dirty and messy, the whole facility had a funky smell and the elevator was too dirty. The whole building is in construction around so not so pleasant and we didn't know about it when we booked. We found the booking really cheap but when we finally paid it was more expensive than they advertised so definitely not worth for what we paid. Also, normally water is free at the hotels and hostels we stay at but here not so that is lame. Would not stay again, was good enough for one single night but totally not worth the price!
