This was an exceptional hotel with a great location and stunning interior and exterior. The room itself was a bit small and the bathroom somewhat dated, but the staff were very friendly, efficient, accommodating, and made everything great.

Property is located very close to Tokyo Station which made very convenient to use transit system both train, bus and taxi service. Highly recommend. Our view was Tokyo station from 33rd floor. We’ll stay again..

Very convenient, directly at Tokyo station. We were on transfer and stayed for a night only. Highly to be recommended. The minature model from Tokyo in the lobby is great to watch for young and old !
