It is well located, modern and has good size rooms. Staff is not very well trained, most of them dont have much clue about what exists around hotel etc. Overall good place to stay due to location and nice rooms.
We loved our stay in Cava House.
Excellent location, close enough to Shinjuku to walk or jump on the subway.
Plenty of good restaurant and coffee options within a 5 min walk. We loved Tacos Trap!
The room itself was modern, clean and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Our 2 boys 11 & 13 especially enjoyed the projector TV to watch in bed.
We will happily return to Cava House.
The accommodation is large and very clean with all you would need. It’s is located in a good and safe neighborhood, close to 2 different subway stations making it very convenient to get everywhere. There are also some really good food options in the area. The staff was very helpful.
Clean, modern condo hotel conveniently located in Shinjuku. Room is moderately sized but well packaged so it feel bigger. Only minor gripe is that fixtures and furniture are of the lower IKEA quality.
Cava House was absolutely amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay.
The hotel and our room were spotless, modern, and felt very cozy and homey. We loved all the thoughtful features in the room. The bathroom has some really cool functions; my kids absolutely loved the projector; and having both a washer and dryer in the room was incredibly convenient for our family.
The location was fantastic. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, making it easy to travel anywhere in Tokyo. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, yet it’s just a few blocks from all the excitement, shopping, and restaurants that Shinjuku has to offer. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the energy of Shinjuku during the day and return to a peaceful, relaxing place at night.
I would highly recommend Cava House to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families. We would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location for us. A bit quieter neighborhood but still walkable from the main area around Shinjuku station and a short walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.
Super clean, new, apartment space. Kids loved the pull down projector. Very helpful to have in-unit laundry/dryer.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, even assisting with restaurant reservations. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the kitchenware is fully equipped and perfectly clean. In addition to the daily complimentary bottled water, there is free coffee available in the lobby. They even provide facial cleansing and skincare products.
Great location with lots of cafes and dining options nearby. The only drawback is the 15-minute walk to Shinjuku Center. On the bright side, the subway is only about a 5-minute walk."
I’m pretty picky and prefer nice rooms, but don’t want to pay for luxury. This was an excellent value. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, modern, and had many living amenities like kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Location was ideal, 5 to 15 minutes walk to major areas, but quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well. Highly recommend recommended and would stay here again.
Good location, friendly staff.
Very clean, staff very helpful and efficient. Bathroom well set up and separate toilet. Would have been useful to have a hanging rail within the bath/shower room to make better use of the drying setting that exists within the room.
Some good eating options close by,
One room so a bit crowded for a family but for city a reasonable option. Only two bar stools (this is as per advertisement), but with no where else to sit a bit inconvenient. Large kitchen bench but only 2 of our family of 5 could sit at it to eat.
Some pillows filled with hard balls/seeds less comfortable than others.
