[Location & Culture] This holiday rental is located a 10-minute walk from Kabukicho and a 10-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station.The surrounding area is home to many restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets, making it a convenient location for sightseeing. Various tourist attractions are within walking distance, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observation Deck, Shinjuku Gyoen, Yoyogi Park, and the site of a former samurai residence dating back to the Edo period.

[Building Overview] Our guesthouse features 10 spacious, clean Western-style rooms. It can accommodate up to 20 guests. It is also fully equipped with a kitchen, so guests can prepare their own meals.

Each floor has 5 rooms that share one bathroom and one shower room. (When the bathroom is in use, only one person is allowed inside; no one else may use it at the same time—it is equipped with a lock and a “Do Not Disturb” sign.)
