  • 'Il Rifugio dell' Artista' is a charming and stylish 63m sq apartment with tasteful furnishings and finishing touches. The apartment is situated on a quiet pedestrian street in the very heart of medieval Todi and is self-contained with its own entrance and short stairway from street level.

    Parking is at the municipal parking lot approximately a 10 minute walk.

    Comfortable living area with high-speed internet, AppleTV, Chrome, TV/DVD, dining area, kitchen, fully furnished bedroom, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, separate washing and vanity area. Gas central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas-cook-top / hob, full oven and exhaust hood.

    Are you travelling in a party larger than two people? No worries, we have 'sister' properties to accommodate other guests. Just let us know.

    A stay tax will be collected on your arrival. The amount of the stay tax is assessed at 1.50 EUR per person per night up to a maximum of 4 nights. Our Property Manager will collect this from you and issue you a receipt.
