Située dans la Normandie méconnue du Pays-de-Caux, entre Veules-les-Roses et Varengeville, à 15 km dans les terres, la Maison Blanche accueille les amoureux de calme et de simplicité, les passionnés de randonnées (beaucoup de circuits GR), et tous les accros des grandes plages sans les grandes foules (Varengeville, Quiberville, Saint-Aubin). Entourée de champs, de vaches et de poules, en bout du village de Tocqueville-en-Caux, la maison est composée d’un corps d'habitation de 1910 adossée à une longère du 18e siècle. Elle comprend 200 m2 dont :
