The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was super comfortable and a great location.

We could not have made a better choice of hotel for our visit to Rome than San Pietro Boutique Rooms. Beautiful, chic rooms near to Vatican City. Sara, who managed our visit is helpful, friendly and efficient to a tee! She opened a line of communication via text messages and Whattsapp. The perfect host. We’ll certainly be staying at San Pietro again!

I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. The room had aircon, heating, coffeemaker & kettle, fridge and the bathroom offered bathroom amenities plus bandaids and a hairdryer. Giovanni, the owner, was super...

Excellent

Urszula is the perfect host. Attentive to every detail and so very kind. Gens Julia is perfectly situated for seeing all the major attractions and there are excellent restaurants nearby.

We love the location as close to restaurants, shopping and Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica Square. The place has an elevator (small but this is common in Europe). Our room was the right size, even the bathroom (just stand alone shower), bed like a queen size. The bed is firm but comfortable, good wifi, clean room, there is an A/C but not strong enough as we stayed here summer and hot. The proprietor was very responsive to all our inquiries, we had good communication.

The hotel was ideal for us, near the Vatican City and a short metro ride to the colosseum. The hotel also advised they could offer an airport pick up which was going to be cheaper than the train. When I let the hotel know our original flight had been cancelled they rearranged the airport pick and despite a further delay to our flight the driver was still at the airport despite it being very late at night. This made getting to the hotel stress free.

Cannot fault Roma Five Suites and our hosts. Amazing location and easily accessible with public transports (piazza Venezia). Hosts kept in contact with me and gave clear instructions for arrival. All staff were lovely and made us feel comfortable. Really passionate about the food at breakfast. The food was delicious, best breakfast ive had in a long time! Room was spacious and clean with some nice treats. Bathroom was lovely and shower excellent with nice toiletries. Again location was...

Just got back from a lovely weekend break in Rome staying at Dopodomani Suite. Stayed as a couple in the double room which was a great size, lovely, clean and modern room! Bathroom was also a great size. Whilst we didn’t really need to use it, the communal area was also lovely. Basically all the main sites / restaurants etc you’d want to visit are within a max 30 min walk - the Spanish Steps are no more than 5 mins away and the Trevi Fountain 10 mins! Check in was easy and the owners were...

An outstanding hotel within a historic building. Great staff and well located. Thank you to the team.

This is a lovely little guesthouse. It's in a great location, within immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants, metro station and of course the Trivi Fountain. Inside it has the smallest lift I've ever seen, wonderful rooms with well sound-proofed windows; shower and wash facilities are great; bed is comfortable; and the whole place is spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. I would also point out that one of the hosts, Macarena, reached out to us before our...

Basic room with en-suite bathroom. Beautiful and clean and Simone and Angela went above and beyond. Perfect place to rest our heads after a full day of sightseeing would definitely recommend if you’re not looking for anything fancy.

Ideally located for those wanting to walk to be within walking distance of Rome's main sites, this hotel in Trastavere was perfect for our family. A short 9 minute walk sees you close to the best market place, where you can grab breakfast before sightseeing. The hotel itself is newly rennovated and spotlessly clean. Beds are huge and extremely comfortable with very large rooms with high ceilings. To be honest, I couldn't fault it and the hosts are extremely hospitable and accommodating, with...

Beautiful spotlessly clean and amazing service from staff

Good location and a reasonable price for what you get... Clean and spacious ensuite room, with free safe, fridge, breakfast, and very friendly and helpful owners, Ursula and her son, David, who are happy to make sure you have everything to make sure your stay is as good as it can be. Highly recommended and would return.

We stayed at this 9 room hotel for the bank holidays and staff were amazing in accommodating us. Francesco our porter/receptionist was so helpful in aiding us in finding the best places for food and drink. He was so kind to book every restaurant for us. Each room is named after a street within the so called 'golden triangle' of via condotti. You were literally on the door step of Gucci and other designer shops. The Spanish steps was 2 mins walk and because the hotel was situated in a very...

Solo traveller, I stayed in a single room, it had everything I needed fo my stay. It was cleaned everyday. Great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is pastry and bread left outside of your door in the morning . There is a fridge with yoghurt and juice and butter which is replaced everyday. It's in an ideal location for all of Rome's famous attractions and and transport links. It is typical Italian style accommodation. I had a great stay here and would definitely return.
