I cannot recommend this property enough! This was my first time visiting Rome and, even before my stay began, Max was super communicative and made me feel at ease. The room itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It had a beautiful window with French doors that offered a view of the street below and it was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Rome. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s only an 10-15 minute walk away from Vatican City and it’s close to everything (restaurants, shopping, etc.). I don’t think there is a high enough mark for the level of service provided by Max! The hotel is lovely and the location is perfect. The service and care Max provided is truly what made my stay perfect. I was driving in from Florence with a rental car to drop off my bags and check in before dropping off my car. I shared my location with Max via WhatsApp and he was waiting for me outside of the hotel to welcome me and ensure a smooth check in. Max treated me like family and provided excellent tips for dining. It was hard to say goodbye to him! The rooms are beautiful and the hotel has 4 rooms so it’s very intimate and very secure. We were close to many many great restaurants and coffeehouses, and spent one day walking from the hotel to the Spanish stairs, the fountain and coliseum. The area felt very safe and quiet but still busy with a buzzing feel. But on top of all this, the best was still the host Max. He kept in contact with us before we arrived to make sure we were coming in and if we needed anything, and even tho we landed after check in hours, he kept in touch and came to the hotel to welcome us. Great service minded guy and helped us with maps, gave us his personal number for texting stupid questions like what pizzeria he recommended etc. The hotel itself is an apartment Max rebuild to 4 separate hotel rooms with its own bathroom. Good space, we were 3 people (one 12 y/o) with couple of bags but didn’t feel crowded. Good beds, clean bathroom and we weren’t bothered by any noise at all.
