Welcome to this sunny 65 m² apartment in a two-family house in Titisee-Neustadt, Black Forest, accommodating up to 4 guests. The apartment features one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen-living area. Enjoy mountain views of Feldberg and Hochfirst, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a baby cot for families with young children. A barbecue is available for relaxed outdoor meals.  
  
Take in the view from your partially covered balcony or make use of the garden and open terrace. The location near the forest ensures a peaceful atmosphere while offering good access to local amenities. Within walking distance, you’ll find a pizzeria, ice cream café, supermarkets, bakeries, and a tennis hall.  
  
Two parking spaces are available at the house, and public transport provides easy access to the surrounding area. One dog is welcome for an additional fee. Events are not permitted on the property.
