Hi Ashley,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, your feedback is always appreciated. The hotel was indeed fully booked when you stayed with us and naturally things tend to get a little hectic in these times. We do however have plenty of staff and are adequately staved based on occupancy and workloads. Our goal is for the hotel to be perfectly cleaned by 5pm when housekeeping is done their shifts. We're sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations and hope to have the opportunity to do so in the future.

As for the heating system, we have a controllable wall-mounted thermostat that you can adjust (turn on, off, adjust heat, and so on) for any future stays.
