Haus Parkblick, Timmendorfer Strand – Apartment 6, offers you a comfortable, newly renovated holiday home in the popular seaside resort of Timmendorfer Strand. This non-smoking accommodation, with a living area of 45 m², is located on the ground floor of the building and is particularly suited for families, couples, and anyone who values a fully equipped space and a central location.

The holiday apartment has two rooms and sleeps up to four people. The separate bedroom ensures privacy, while the open living area with an integrated kitchen invites you to enjoy time together.

In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack and a small, open shoe rack.

In the separate bedroom, the double bed (2 single mattresses, 80 x 200 cm) with two adjustable firmness settings (1/2 and 3/4) ensures a restful night’s sleep after an eventful day.

The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, a small oven, a refrigerator with two extra freezer compartments, a small dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. A dining table, a cosy sleeper sofa (160 cm wide), and access to a private balcony with outdoor furniture create a peaceful atmosphere and invite you to spend relaxing hours both indoors and outdoors.

Modern amenities ensure entertainment in the evening or on rainy days: A 44- to 55-inch TV, hi-fi system, radio, DVD and Blu-ray players, CD player, and a Sony PlayStation 4 with a wide variety of games provide plenty of entertainment options. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and tub (low entry, approx. 41 cm), toilet, sink, hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.

For your convenience, this apartment also features a full-length mirror, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner.

The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just 550 metres away. A beach chair included with your accommodation and located on the beach ensures special comfort during your stay. From April 15 to August 15, 2026, it is available to you free of charge at “Wiemer,” Section 17, on the beach.
Shopping options are conveniently located about 450 metres away, while the town centre is only about 500 metres away, offering ideal conditions for a varied holiday in Timmendorfer Strand. The location is just as suitable for those seeking relaxation as it is for guests who enjoy activities such as golf, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, mini-golf, jogging, or sailing. For wellness enthusiasts, a nearby day spa is available. Shopping opportunities and numerous walking trails contribute to a relaxing holiday experience.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50-cent coins).
You can park your bicycles in the lockable bike shed or at the bike rack (subject to availability).

A parking space is reserved for you behind the house.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

From May until, tentatively, the end of 2026, roof work will be taking place on the neighbouring property. This may cause occasional noise.

A central location near the spa gardens: Built in 1994, this brick house is just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. With a total of 8 apartments managed by our agency, our office located on the ground floor of the building, and two additional apartments, this building is a very popular choice among our holiday guests.
The proximity to the spa park, which is right across the street, the short walk to shopping areas, and the minimal distance to the beach are very popular with our holidaymakers! This comfortable residential complex, featuring 2- and 3-room apartments, is right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, across from the duck ponds and centrally located near the promenade!

All apartments have a terrace or balcony. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike shed (subject to availability) or at a bike rack in the courtyard.
For longer stays, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. A parking space in the courtyard is also reserved for each apartment.

The beach and the town centre are located approximately 350–400 metres from Haus Parkblick. The exclusive shops, cafes, and restaurants are about a 5–8
