The kitchen includes a freezer, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. Various small appliances, such as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, are also provided.

From the living room, you have access to the south-facing balcony.
The newly furnished bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, full-length topper) and a spacious closet.
The brightly lit bathroom features a shower, toilet, and two single sinks.

In the basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50-cent coins). It is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
You can park your bicycles right in front of the house.
