Gute FeWo zum fairen Preis

Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renovierte moderne Ferienwohnung. Bequemes Bett, dafür leider sehr unbequemes Sofa - vermutlich wegen der Schlaffunktion. Fast alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt.Positiv zu erwähnen:-Netter Empfang durch Frau Pensilien-Ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse, nicht zentral, aber alles sehr schnell erreichbar-Eigener Parkplatz vorm Haus-Abschließbare Garage für die Fahrräder mit Werkzeug / Kompressor, etc…Was könnte man verbessern:- Konnten keinen Flaschenöffner finden- Leider keine Decke im Wohnzimmer fürs Sofa, gerade für kältere Tage (Frühjahr / Herbst) interessant - Der Heizregler Kasten für die (Fußboden?) - Heizung fiel bei Benutzung/ Bedienung einfach aus Wand inkl. Thermostat. Sollte gerichtet werden. - Stereoanlage laut Beschreibung - war aber nicht vorhanden Ansonsten ein gelungener Aufenthalt!
