Haus lag in einer ruhigen Lage, nahe am Wasser.

Wir waren im ganzen sehr zufrieden, mit der Ferienwohnung und der Örtlichkeit/ Lage. Wir waren ziemlich genervt von der Parksituation. Es sind zwei Parkplätze ausgeschrieben, was jedoch nicht angeben wurde ist, dass es sich um einen Parklift (Parkdeck übereinander) handelt. Mit einem winzigen Fahrzeug kein Problem, mit einem normalen Auto kaum zu händeln. Die Einfahrt der Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, man kommt kaum in die Kurven (man muss mehrmals wenden) und ohne Hilfslotsen kaum allein zu bewältigen. Nach einer halben Stunde endlich geschafft. Anderntags stand neben uns nur ein kleines Auto, man konnten aber jedoch weder rechts noch links im Auto steigen. Nach dreieinhalb Stunden kam der Halter des Autos und wir konnten endlich unser Ausflug starten. Wir sind nie wieder in die Tiefgarage gefahren und haben täglich nach einem freien Parkplatz gesucht, was sich als schwierig herausstellte, da fast überall in Niendorf Parkverbot an den Straßenränder besteht. Wir haben unser Problem bekannt gegeben, aber man konnte uns keine andere Parkmöglichkeit anbieten. Das Telefonat war sehr unerfreulich und man hat zweimal das Gespräch beendet, indem der Gegenüber einfach aufgelegt hat.
