Our room had a view of the 3rd largest dirt pile in the Tilburg area. Wifi was so slow as to transport me back to the 90's. Sink didn't drain. Nice IR sauna and pool you had to bring your own towel to. No slippers or iron.

Excellent new hotel
Very nice modern hotel with pool and fitness zone, good breakfast. Staff have Dutch efficiency. The only negative is location. It's not walkable to the centre of Tilburg and next to the motorway.

Perfect place to spend a few days in Tilburg...usually for music concerts. The hotel is a good 30 min walk to the heart of town, or the 013. Facilities are brand new and spotless, so it is quite nice to stay here versus other dated European hotels. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Only downside, if you need a taxi early in the morning, you should book the day before. Fantastic hotel in general!

Genuine heritage hotel and lovely people. Great view from restaurant and food was magnificent every day. In a great location just on the edge of a busy hub with a great view of Mediterranean.

Nice property, Restaurant has room to improve
relatively new property with spacious rooms. Restaurant level is not up to standards of other van der valk properties, especially the Gilze 15 mins away. menu is limited, food is average at best. one night food was cool, another day, kip sate was super dry (meat) which is hard to do when you have chicken drenched in peanut sauce. i am sure they will get better over time...

I was pleasantly surprised by this nice hotel. I had lots of space available in my room, a very comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. The service was very good, very helpful and friendly staff. I will definitively come back if I'm in Tilburg again.
