This beautiful condo has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room. Balcony with the best ocean view. We offer self-check in, WiFi and Smart TV. Just 8 min from downtown Rosarito and on the famous Blvd Artesanal Popotla, where you will find the best bars and the best restaurants all close to you! The Space: This beautiful condo has three bedrooms with king size beds, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room. Balcony with a beautiful 180-degree ocean view. Guest Access: The amenities offered are: \*Heated Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi \*Sauna \*Outdoor Pool and Jacuzzi \*Access to Private Beach The Neighborhood: We are located in a very convenient part of the famous Blvd Popotla. There are restaurants, craft shops and a convenience store within walking distance. We are just 5 minutes south of downtown Rosarito, 15 minutes north of the famous lobster in Puerto Nuevo, and 45 minutes from the beautiful wine region Valle de Guadalupe, you surely won't run out of things to do and watch. Getting Around: Public transportation is easily available right in front of the complex. Other Things to Note: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay. Guest list (6 maximum including children) must be registered 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once registered there's no changes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note that your booking includes an additional charge labeled as a resort fee, which is an HOA-mandated fee. Upon arrival, the security guard will provide each guest with a wristband—this is a mandatory requirement for staying at the resort. For your safety, surveillance cameras are installed in the elevators, hallways, parking areas, and other common spaces. The HOA has established basic community rules that all guests are expected to follow to ensure a peaceful environment. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow the rules—failure to do so may result in early departure from the property and cancellation of the reservation.
