"Kitchen - the refrigerator is an office size fridge. Can’t fit much. Bringing your cooler. Room - the room with no view had a ceiling fan which didn’t work because the remote didn’t have batteries and the room got really hot and stuffy at night. Location - location was excellent, except that we had to pay an additional $15 for parking. The parking is extremely small and they park as many cars as possible. "I don’t even know where to begin! From the moment we checked in, our experience was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He personally walked us around the property, showed us where everything was, took us to the restaurant, and even helped us bring all of our belongings to our room. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Everything was spotless and incredibly clean. Anytime we needed our room cleaned or requested anything for our room, it was taken care of promptly. The valet service was also wonderful—if I needed anything from my car, they gladly retrieved it for me. The food was absolutely amazing, but what made our stay truly unforgettable was how special they made my daughter feel on her birthday. During dinner, there was a pianist playing, and after learning it was her birthday, he played a special birthday song for her. The staff also surprised her with a complimentary cake. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture that made her feel incredibly special. Overall, the service, cleanliness, food, and attention to detail were exceptional. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for my family. We will definitely be back!"

Mr. Norberto at the restaurant was very friendly and made our family feel at home. Combined with its great location, including an entrance directly along Avenida Revolución, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is good. It’s old but seems like the management is doing their best to upkeep it. Not ADA friendly at all. Keep that in mind. Stairs everywhere, steep ones and no good flow for pedestrians. We stayed in a villa front row and it was a total challenge with my mom and my pregnant wife to get by. Other than that - hotel is good. Breakfast could be included and that will make a lot of a difference for the price."
