Dusty and dingy. Things are breaking and falling apart (broken bed, faulty window, and the front door frame is cracked like someone broke into it at some point).Shower has cold water. Host was useless and rude (hung up the phone on us while trying to resolve an issue with faulty door) and then remained unresponsive until we made a complaint on Vrbo. We left before our reservation was over. Spare yourself a nightmare stay.

You’re gonna find a nice beautiful Samsung refrigerator. It doesn’t work. They’re gonna direct you to a mini fridge. If you complain about the fridge they’re gonna tell you that they’re gonna send a technician and they’re gonna become unresponsive. They’re gonna tell you that if you use a certain amount of electricity you’re gonna be charged extra, even though you’re paying an exorbitant price for the lodging anyway. I threatened to check out early and request a refund for the remainder of my stay so they compensated me by moving me to another one of the properties with less amenities you had to pay for the air conditioner if you want it and everything else was an included fee at no time that they offer a refund for the difference in the property prices. I contacted Barbara various times they told me they would contact the holes last in ultimate unit and then at the end they offered me 120 key credit that was never given. I like to venue ive stayed at it before. But unfortunately, this time I ended up with a horrible host that doesn’t invest in their property doesn’t maintain it aside from the refrigerator being broke. The hair dryer was broke and iron was missing. Horrible experience. I definitely ask what host I’m dealing with in the future if I even continue to use vrbo.

Harassed constantly by security and front desk. I paid to add 5th person to my rm and got harassed

We stayed in an overall great room with a great view, perfect location to be at due to traffic and main road. Security constantly harassed us since I got in touch with person in charge of room and added a 5th person to reservation. There was no communication between said person and security and building administrators and we paid the price for it. we left the night before because of it and did not enjoy our stay. Do not book this place until they fix their problems, we could not use our parking spot that came with the room because of this. we were kicked out in a sense because they have no communication and don't explain things properly at check in. they wont even give me a refund for my 5th person who only stayed 2 nights due to the constant harassment by security and front desk.

This was the perfect location for a quick weekend trip to SD/TJ. The apartment was clean, secure, and conveniently located near downtown TJ. The apartment and building had a lot of great amenities (air conditioning, wi-if, tv streaming, gym, and rooftop areas). Only issue was the big fridge was not working properly, but the mini fridge works great for just the basics. Definitely would stay here again on the next trip!

La propiedad estuvo bien , llegamos y estaba un poco empolvada, para ingresar los guardias estaban de malas y fue bastante incómodo y al momento de salir nos tocaron 10 min antes de la hora de salida y nos hicieron guardia para que saliéramos

Place was clean, well stocked, AC worked great at the days got hot...Owner was very good at responding to any and all questions would highly recommend.

Excelente location in Tijuana Mexico

We enjoyed our stay, a few details with the place but nothing major. I think they should have a better check-in protocol where information flows better. Nice, quite, clean and awesome city views.

Great views

Two-night stay. Very nice little two-bedroom with great views. Very clean and supplied with basic necessities. There is a full grocery store right next door to the building and a Walmart across the street for all food, etc. needs. Great location - next to several entertain options, plus Revolution is just a short 10 minute, if not less, Uber ride away. One of the best amenities of this building is their Penthouse GYM and Lounge area - amazing views of all TJ. I definitely recommend this place.
