Recently renovated, the "Rustico Kristi" is the typical house of the place, in fact, it is furnished with some restored typical Garda furniture. From the balcony you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Guests have at their disposal a beautiful typically rural courtyard to spend moments of absolute relaxation and also to put the car (small). At 300 m there is a restaurant and a pizzeria, approx. 2 km the municipal swimming pool and the visitor centre. In a few minutes you reach the centre of Gardola where there are restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy and a doctor.The apartment is three-room apartment of approx. 75 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a balcony with a view and an internal courtyard. Comforts include: kitchen (4 burners and extractor fan), microwave oven, German coffee machine, parking space, garden furniture, Wi-Fi parking space for small and medium-sized machines. For large cars 400 m from the cottage there is a public car park.There is a washing machine in the property. Each wash costs €5.00.Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 1 km away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding, it was ultra clean. The highlight was taking a shower looking out onto that stunning view. Top tip you definitely need a tiny car unless you like a hike up a huge incline. Der Besitzer traf uns bei der Ankunft und half uns, unser Gepäck vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung zu bringen, da die Straßen rund um die Wohnung sehr schmal und steil sind (nur 2m breit an einigen Stellen) ist es schwierig, ein mittelgroßes Auto durch zu bekommen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Eine Erstausstattung mit dem Nötigsten, wie Wasser in Flaschen, Kaffee, Milch, Butter, Marmelade, Schokolade und Spülmittel wurde von den Eigentümern, die über der Wohnung wohnen, bereitgestellt. Während der Woche versorgte uns der Besitzer auch mit Tomaten und Kräutern aus seinem eigenen Garten. ##### Robert J. Piccobello sauber. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr gute neue Töpfe. Mega bequeme Betten. Man muss natürlich immer recht steil rauf und runter laufen in den kleinen Straßen des Dorfs. Das muss man wissen. Dafür absolute Ruhe. Schön wären Mücken und Fliegengitter, vor allem vor der Tür. Wir hatten viele Fliegen da, da oberhalb ein Bauernhof liegt. Der Vermieter Guido ist sehr nett. Wo ist sonst schon eine Spuelmaschine in der Ferienwohnung Zur Begruessung gab es vom Vermieter Gemuese und Kraeuter aus dem eigenen Garten. Wasser, Milch, Butter, Spuelmittel, Marmelade, Espresso, Schokolade. War alles bereits da. Auslauf mit dem Hund um die Ecke ging zwar immer aufwaerts oder abwaerts. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im naechst gelegenen Hauptort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war in einer Mischung aus Italienisch und Englisch moeglich. Das Ambiente ist wundervoll eingerichtet. Warmwasser in der Dusche ist auch nicht nach 1 Minute schon vorbei ...
