"This time around it wasn’t as good as my previous stay at this place, sorry to say but the first room i was given room 410 didn’t have any WiFi, the curtains were broke and wouldn’t close also with the room not having double glazing windows and being level to the busy main road the car noises are so loud and not possible to have a good nights sleep! After i complained about this i was given a room in the main building room 134 on the far side however the WiFi didn’t work properly here either so i wasn’t able to do any work on my laptop also the room wasn’t cleaned properly as the tea cups had lipstick and tea stains from previous customers. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned either the shower drips all night and doesn’t shut off properly and saying it was 3 degrees in the night the heater was turned off even though to the morning! Was a very good nights sleep! The only positive is the spa area is lovely and there lots of parking. "

"Its a budget hotel, expect everything is reduced to the max when booking. Staff were slow and not very welcoming, the beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. No kettle or tea making facilities and a small TV thats the size of an Ipad. You get what you pay for. But if its a good night sleep, you wont get it. There is a fridge in foyer of drinks and snacks and pizza on call 24 hours a day but they dont do hot breakfast only cold continental style. Again you get a budget style hotel so expect that."

"In the main the stay was good but we were very disappointed with the room we were offered. This room faced directly onto the pool which was being used from 7.00 am each morning hence we were woken earlier than planned. The noise of the pumps were also an unwelcome distraction while trying to sleep - disappointing when we thought the rest of the hotel was good."

"Good location, very close to train and bus station and 2 miles out of city centre and from Co-op live arena and Etihad stadium. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Good breakfast which was nice to be included. Hotel itself is a bit dated and tired, but clean and has all facilities needed for a short stay, including parking for a small fee. Only let down was the room next to us was playing loud music from around 3:40am to 5:40qm, despite reception staff asking them to turn it down and then off, however, this is not a negative reflection at all on the hotel, and the reception staff member tried to resolve the issue in a professional and efficient manner. "
