  • 2 bedroomed apartment in Puerto del Carmen in a quiet complex, 200 meters from the main beaches, near to Casino area.

    Completely refurbished 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment, on the pool level of a small, privately owned complex. There are two pools in the complex that are never crowded, there is always a free sun bed easy to find without reservation to enjoy sunshine all day around. Our apartment is furnished and completely equipped up until 4 persons staying. Ideal place for family holidaymakers, or couple seeking for privacy. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa with armchairs, and a flat screen 32' TV, and DVD. We offer free WIFI connection included in the rental price with ADSL modem (10 GB), works very well and gives high speed internet connection. The large, double sized, private terrace opening from the living room has south west orientation getting sun all day long, facing to tropical gardens and community pool. The fully fitted kitchen connected to the dining area is equipped with vitroceramic 4 places hob,traditional oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, café maker. In the first bedroom there is a double bed with built in wardrobe. In the spacious second bedroom we have 2 single beds with complete bulit in wardrobe.

    The apartment house is in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, enjoying the silence and tranquillity all day and night meanwhile situated within a 10 minutes walking distance of the beaches ,and the promenade by the ocean. The closest supermarket is right by the corner (100 meters), the closest bars and restaurants, are within 200 meters of distance.

We had a lovely stay here! The place was spotless and very peaceful, which made it perfect for a relaxing break. The pool was easily accessible and there were plenty of sun loungers to use. Shops were conveniently nearby, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the main street. The neighbours were friendly and the area felt very safe throughout our stay. The house caretaker was incredibly kind and helped us check in smoothly when we needed, and the owner made sure everything was comfortable for us. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return!

Best stay in Lanzarote

First time staying at an apartment in Lanzarote compared to staying in hotels normally this was better than a hotel 100%, the location was very good near all the shops within a 5 minute walking distance and also near the beach which was also good, the pool at the complex was very good as well, the inside of the apartment was lovely and felt you were at home away from home it was so clean and no more you could ask for.i would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a quite place cause this does check off the boxes and I can't wait to stay here again.

The property is in a great location, only a 7 minute to the main strip and sandy beaches. Plenty of shops and eating places to choose from. Local buses and taxis run regular services if you want to explore the island. l would have given a 5, but because we are elderly and had a 3 week stay we had nights in. The problem with this was there was a dog barking for some time every night.

A group of 4 had a stay in this lovely apartment for a long weekend to watch our friends compete in Ironman Lanzarote. Two roomy bedrooms, large living area and pool access in a quiet area. The front where all the main restaurants and bars are is only a 5 minute walk away. We were met at the apartment by the lovely Dolores and her husband. They had very kindly done a small shop for us which included a few beers, fruit and snacks. A very nice, unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We brought our granddaughter for her first Christmas stay in Lanzarote the apartment was great for us 2 bedrooms and good size living room and front patio by the pool.Dolores and the owner were there on arrival to show us how everything worked. Everything we needed for our weeks stay was there. Friendly neighbours and clean complex also we felt very secure in a nice quiet area with short walk to the front of Puerto del carmen. Dolores came when we were leaving to check we had enjoyed our stay and for return of keys. We would definitely return.Thank you both

Wonderful apartment

My wife and I stayed here for 18 nights from 3rd to 21st July to for our 50th wedding anniversary. We were met by Doloras who was very helpful checking us in and we were pleasantly surprised that she had provided wine & chocolates in the fridge to celebrate our anniversary. The apartment is spotless clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent with many bars and restaurants on the strip less than 5 minutes away. It is a secure private complex with many of the residents living on site. The pool is right outside and with the very hot weather it was a perfect temperature to cool down. The pool maintenance man came and cleaned the pool most days and kept the gardens well watered. The only fault that we encountered was neighbours above kept playing very load music that kept thumping through from above. I contacted Marcial to advise of this and he very kindly sent his son, Alesandro round to speak with them and they did turn the sound down but turned up again a few days later. This is the only problem that we had and we tried hard not to let it spoil our stay. The apartment has two decent sized bedrooms and plenty of storage space including a safe in one of the wardrobes. Many thanks for having us.
