Vv Apartamento Gran Vista Colony Club

  • The modern, very spacious apartment with a large balcony with sea views is located in a complex with a swimming pool and sun terrace, just a few meters from the large beach of Puerto del Carmen.

    All amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a German doctor's office are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

    Puerto del Carmen is only 9 km from the airport and can be reached quickly and easily by bus or taxi.

    The apartment is 120 square meters and is on two floors. On the upper floor there is the living room, a large kitchen and the balcony with a sea view.

    An open staircase connects the living and kitchen area on the upper floor with the two bedrooms on the ground floor. The area above the stairs can be opened completely by a large electric sunroof.

    The two bedrooms are on the lower floor and each has its own bathroom with toilet. An additional guest toilet is on the upper floor.
