Villa Mimi 4 bedroom villa

This four bedroom villa is built within a volcanic perimeter wall with gate and private car parking space. The walls surround colourful flower gardens and a large south facing terrace with comfortable sun-loungers; an ideal spot for sun worshippers.



The terrace is also equipped with an attractive built-in-barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy the perfect meal by the heated pool. If you do not feel like cooking, however, there is a good selection of restaurants just a short stroll away.



The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge with attractive dome shaped ceiling and indirect lighting with separate dining area, very tastefully furnished throughout. There is a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen which is very well equipped to include microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Satellite TV is also installed. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided.



The villa has four double bedrooms with twin or double bed thus sleeping eight adults comfortably and we can also supply cots or extra beds for children. Three luxury bathrooms complete the accommodation, two ensuite, the third between the third and fourth bedroom. Located just 300 yards from the main beach and all amenities, Mimi is in a great location!

Great Villa

Fantastic villa, ideal for our group and our holiday. It had great facilities, brilliant rooms and so clean. Couldn’t wish for a better place to stay. Definitely recommend it to our other friends.

We have been coming to Mimi for many years it’s just far enough away from the strip and close enough to the Shops for what you need The pool is great as is the Barbecue and the Tv gets more channels than you would believe existed

We had an excellent 10 day stay at Villa Mimi. Very modern and clean villa. Outside area around the pool was ideal and the pool itself was spacious. Will definitely consider staying again here. Possibly just advising which days cleaners and pool guy were likely to visit and maybe a small welcome pack I.e water, milk, teabags as we have had previously at other villas in the area. But overall we really did have an excellent stay.

Fabulous first time in Villa Mimi

Spacious inside and out, traditional styling which we loved, pool area fabulous, very close to local restaurants and shops, local area very friendly especially with our children, customer service in the UK and Lanzarote perfect and very accomodating wouldn’t hesitate to book againrecommend. Bed pillows extremely thin and not comfortable. Sofa cushions need attaching to the sofa frame they slide off when sitting.

The Villa is excellent very modern and the level of service in both cleaning the villa and pool is very good. The reception at nearby Club Oceano is a great thing to have, they are very helpful booking taxis and anything else you need. Villa needs a slight bit of TLC when time permits. Some whitewash needs patching on the villa by the pool and one of the taps in the main ensuite needs the fixing tightening. Minor issues.
