The villa is located in Matagorda close to the Beatriz Playa Hotel, just a stone's throw from the beach and the amazing promenade that runs all along the coast from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen Old Town. There are restaurants, shops and bars just 5 minutes' walk away in the Matagorda Shopping Centre too - what's not to love? The lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, as well as its Strip where you will find a huge choice of shops and places to eat, is only 5 minutes' drive away.
