Stay in a bright, modern duplex apartment, with sea views, which is just a few minutes walk from beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. It is around 10 mins from the airport in a taxi/hire car. The apartment is on a small complex called ‘Club de Mar’, near the Fariones hotel and tennis courts, comprising 35 units, with its own communal pool. It is ideally situated between the ‘old town’ (and harbour) and the ‘strip’ - near the beaches and other amenities (near the Fariones hotel/apartments). The apartment is a perfect base for your holiday - whether that’s just to relax, hit the beach or seek entertainment! There is a large living area in which to relax, with TV. Wifi is provided. There is a sofa and two armchairs. The upstairs balcony has sea-views (table and chairs provided), and the downstairs patio is perfect for relaxing (seating provided). A dining table and four chairs is also in the living area. Fully fitted kitchen, with a water filter fitted (no carrying large bottles of water!). It has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. There is plenty of cooking equipment, as well as a kettle, coffee filter, Tassimo, microwave oven, blender and toaster. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, toilets and sink (toilet paper provided). There is one hair-dyer. Bath and hand towels are provided, as well as beach towels. There are two bedrooms: the one to the front, which has a double-bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Both have ceiling fans. The front bedroom also leads onto the downstairs patio. The bedroom to the rear features two single beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. Roy also let my daughter and her boyfriend have the apartment for the extra day as they had later flights than my husband and I. He didn't charge either. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Waaronder wasmachine en vaatwasser. Zeer ruim appartement. Goed gelegen tussen de boulevard en de oude stad/haven. Perfect dat Roy al wat boodschapjes had gehaald. Ieder had een badlaken voor het zwembad of strand + grote en kleine handdoek voor de douche. We misten alleen een extra asbakje beneden. ##### Tabe K. From the get go and the photos on the site, we were looking forward to our stay and we were not disappointed. Our host, Roy, was excellent to stay in touch and left us a very generous welcome package on arrival of all the essentials for the fridge...thank you so much. The property is excellent...clean, very well furnished, shower and pool towels supplied, all the essential appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, loads of space and an ideal location between the old and new town, shops and restaurants only 1min walk. Very quiet pool area which suited us and facilities well maintained everyday. All in all we couldn't rate this property high enough. Looking forward to visiting again 😊 ##### Michelle C.
