La Penita - Comfortable apartment with sea view in prime location
- The apartment "Projekt MUli" is located in a manageable and well-maintained complex, just a stone's throw from the beach and still very quiet! It was completely gutted in 2010, redesigned and offers you the purest comfort according to German standards.
Nothing will be missing here. The highlight is the free internet via WiFi!
In addition, the view of the Atlantic to Fuerteventura, which will make it difficult for you to leave it at all. But the redesigned beach road and the beaches on your doorstep will eventually lure you.
All amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a German doctor's office are in the immediate vicinity.
The large and solar-heated community pool invites you to sunbathe with its large pool terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
