    We offer you a cozy apartment located in a quiet urbanization with a swimming pool, just four minutes from the Avenida de Puerto del Carmen, a walk along the beach, which has Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, Supermarkets, Shopping Centers, a Casino, Recreational, etc. Ideal to spend a few days on the wonderful island of Lanzarote.

    The accommodation is fully equipped. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room, kitchen and dining room. In addition to a wonderful terrace with a garden next to the pool in the quiet urbanization.

    This apartment is ideal for couples who want to disconnect and enjoy a relaxed vacation near the beach in an idyllic environment with the feeling of feeling at home.

    The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. In the house you will have within reach a washing machine, a hair dryer, a clothes iron, as well as a small clothesline and an ironing board. 42-inch Smart TV and WIFI. Perfect base for exploring Lanzarote

This apartment is situated in a quiet area but still perfectly located for exploring all that Puerto del Carmen has to offer. It was cosy, well equipped, very clean and had a lovely patio looking onto the pool area. The check-in process was simple thanks to the clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property in an ideal location

We have just returned home after spending a delightful fortnights holiday in this property. The apartment is exactly as the photo's dispaly. It is lovely and clean, light and airie, with everything that is needed for a self catering holiday, it also has a lovely comfortable double bed. The owners had left a welcome pack for us which contained water, orange juice & cakes, a lovely gesture. It is only a 5 minute stroll down to the start of the Playa Grande with the beaches and all the shops, restaraunts etc. We would certainly recommend this apartment and are looking forward to returning to it on our next holiday in the lovely Lanzarote.

Fantástico apartamento y ubicación ideal

La estancia ha sido excelente. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cuidado y moderno. Muy céntrico al lado de la playa y la zona de ocio sin necesidad de coger coche para nada. Varios detalles por parte de Anfitrion para dar la bienvenida. Hemos estado como en casa. Todo perfecto y una gran amabilidad. Sin duda volveremos.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, no falta de nada. La terraza junto a la piscina es maravillosa, era un placer sentarse a tomar una copa de vino. Todo muy limpio y al lado de muchos restaurantes y zona de aparcamiento. Recomendable 100%. El trato del anfitrión fue excelente en todo momento, muy buena comunicación. Volveremos seguro!

Modern and renovated apartment

Ideal apartment to spend a few days relaxing in Lanzarote. The apartment has everything, it's perfect. Good location, good pool, good WIFI ... I recommend it to everyone. Alejandro was very attentive and friendly.
