The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every amenity I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed views from my window. The hotel's location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with fresh, delicious options and attentive service. Their weekend buffet dinner served a good spread of xiao long xia, assorted seafood, meats, desserts and the list goes on. What truly set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the warm, genuine hospitality. I felt like valued guests every step of the way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the area."

"Amazing staffs. Came as a business trip with young kids. Very accommodating and staffs went above and beyond to help us during check-in process. Morning breakfast is also delicious with freshly made fried dumpling and a good variety. Concierge desk offers great advice for nearby sightseeing designations. "

"Hotel is excellent! Got the habitat suite with my 6 month old and it’s a very clean and spacious room. I requested a crib beforehand and everything was set up when I walked in the room. Breakfast was ok, the buffet had both western and chinese dishes plus a made to order noodle bar. Disappointed with the soy milk they served as it tasted like water for 2 breakfasts! Not sure why as it was excellent the first day. Area was also great! There’s a back pathway to MixC mall. Overall still an excellent stay. "
