Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel location is close to a shopping mall. Breakfast is inclusive of a variety of food choice. The check-in reception personnel was not well trained to elaborate related services, room rate and credit card pre-charge. The temp control in the room does not really work, no heater function. The hotel is very nice with a great breakfast option if you need to fill up before your day. The hotel is also attached to a high end mall with several food options on the bottom floor and top floor (and a Dairy Queen!) We did have trouble getting 4 towels for our family of four. We asked for 2 extra towels, which were promptly delivered. However, next time the cleaning service came through they only left 2 towels again.
