Génial!!!
Un magnifique séjour pour les fêtes de Noël dans ce superbe loft. Nous étions 12 et vu l’espace qu’il y a nous aurions pu être le double sans nous marcher dessus. Tout est équipé pour recevoir autant de monde ( deux frigos, deux congélateurs, beaucoup de vaisselle et d’ustensiles, une table à manger immense…). Les enfants ont apprécier le trampoline à disposition dans le jardin. L’emplacement est top, très au calme et à proximité de boulangerie ( à pieds ) et d’un supermarché ( très proche en voiture ). Quel plaisir de pouvoir se faire un petit feu dans le poêle qui se trouve dans la pièce principal. Pas de soucis avec le wifi qui fonctionnait très bien. Le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif. Nous recommandons cette location.

Prachtig, maar...
Een prachtige loft! Heel zeker het ruime gelijkvloers, maar op de bovenverdieping zijn de slaapkamers niet zo praktisch ingericht en toch wat oncomfortabel. Een leuke plek voor kattenvrienden, maar niet geschikt voor mensen met een kattenallergie (zoals in ons gezelschap). Ondanks dat huisdieren niet welkom zijn, wordt gevraagd om zorg te dragen voor de vier huiskatten die er leven (dagelijks eten/drinken/kattenbak verschonen). Wij hebben de katten buiten moeten laten. Info werd een paar weken voor ons vertrek verstrekt. Gasten moeten ook rekening houden met extra kosten die aangerekend kunnen worden. In ons geval werd de prijs na reservatie verhoogd en werden schoonmaakkosten aangerekend, terwijl toch gevraagd werd om zelf te poetsen bij vertrek. Naar onze mening is de loft veel te groot om zonder professionele poetshulp van de ene op de andere gastengroep over te laten. Bijgevolg was de woning niet netjes en rook hij ook onfris toen wij er introkken en hebben we hem zelf al bij aankomst een eerste poetsbeurt moeten geven. Een zwembad of hottub, zoals oorspronkelijk op de site vermeld stond, waren er niet. Jammer allemaal. De omgeving van Thyez biedt wel tal van mogelijkheden om te zwemmen in een meer, te wandelen of te ontdekken.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison spacieuse de Mathieu... L'emplacement nous a permis de visiter plein de coins sympathiques à proximité. Nous étions 8 adultes entre 18 et 77ans. Les jeunes ont apprécié les chambres à l'étage malgré le fait qu'elles soient en enfilade. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation si l'occasion se présente à nouveau !

Très beau loft
La maison de Mathieu est idéalement situé et très bien décorée Le sentiment d'espace est top A noter que les chambres à l'étage sont en enfilade mais ça passe avec des ados Seul bémol les locataires précédents n'avaient pas laissé la maison très propre mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une très bonne semaine Mathieu est adorable et très joignable Si on devait revenir dans la région nous avons une bonne adresse maintenant

Séjour exceptionnel !!
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances vraiment géniale dans la maison de Mathieu, qui est totalement adaptée aux moments conviviaux entre amis ou en famille. La maison est très spacieuse et très bien décorée et il y a vraiment tout le confort pour recevoir ses amis (cuisine hyper équipée, grande table à manger, nombreuses chambres...). Le contact avec Mathieu était très fluide et il est resté joignable tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci !!!
