Very limited English speakers so made it difficult at times. They take your card to have on file for incidentals but you can’t actually charge anything to your room. The restaurant was not great. The video games are cool but good luck using them. Usually two people would be camped out for the evening at then. Also didn’t love the location. Next time we will stay in Chamonix so we don’t have to wait on the bus. The busses run every 30 mins and are almost always late and over crowded. The breakfast was delicious; it was a small buffet, but it had everything you need for a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Oh! Regarding the location, I read in the reviews that it was very far, but it didn't seem that way to me. The train and tram stations are very close; the train station is a two-minute walk, or possibly less, and from there you can get to trains everywhere. The tram station is 10 minutes away, which isn't far either, and there are many restaurants nearby. For film lovers, there's a cinema right on the street behind the hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes! Absolutely. You just need to know how to use the right transportation to get to Genoa and the surrounding area, which is 25 minutes by train and 45 minutes by tram. It only costs €4.90\.
