"We stayed in a lobby room with no view (would have preferred a view, but it was the last room left), and it was small, but very clean and modern! Front desk staff were wonderful; parking not on site, but super easy and fast to get shuttle to and from the parking lot, which was about 1.5 km away; free access to observation deck too! I’d definitely stay again!"
"Everything was clean and there were no smells. Bathroom was very clean. Large king bed. Small table to sit at. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You were not able to control the AC as it is Central for all of the units. However, the rooms were relatively cool even through the heatwave that we were having. A few nice things to have would be a USB charging port in the room and better hooks for the towels to be hung on to dry."

"The property itself was relatively clean and reasonably priced. The location was very convenient as its close to most things to do in Niagara. Staff was friendly, efficient and informative.
What I didnt want was that my parking ended as soo as I checked out so I couldnt even stay and have breakfast close by or walk down Clifftonhill a bit unless I paid $30 for the flat rate daily parking. Co sidering theres no longer cleaning services offered for anything stay under 2 nights and parking is an additional charge, I'm surprised they also charge you a resort fee. Either way I would still stay here again because the hotel was clean and the location is very convenient."
