the access is very central we go the extra yard to explain that if stairs are an issue not to book and all rooms can be locked

Hi Anonymous All new bookings receive an email explaining the parking situation and cost when they book. It is also clearly stated on the Expedia website at the booking stage. Please See below Parking and public transport Self parking on site (AUD 20 per day) Free off-site parking Free ski shuttle Most properties in Thredbo do not have any on -site parking and the vast majority of guests need to use the free parking areas and Friday flat. This information is also conveyed to you in the confirmation email. We are sorry you have hit your head on the Dvd shelf. We would love to know the booking name so we can work out what room the problem is in. This is the first time we have heard about this so please feel free to contact us with the relevant information. Thanks for the great review. The fee that National parks charges is not for parking. It is purely for entry into the park. You have to pay it even if you have paid on-site parking no matter where you stay. Hope to see you again soon
