We took our little boy for an over night stay and the illuminations and we all loved it. The resort view was great, the illuminations looked great at night from the room. The onsite amenities like the soft play and super child friendly resteraunt were great. We loved the everything about it and have already booked to come back at Christmas this year.

Excellent stay at the Briarcroft Hotel. We needed a place near the wedding venue we attended and this was right on the doorstep. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were very attentive when needed. The continental breakfast was very nice, orange juice, cereal, toast. Parking right outside the hotel. Everything we needed was right there including local shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely use this place again

Pam and I were made very welcome and didn’t feel like outsiders at all. Brilliant decor and comfort. I would highly recommend Oliver’s Guesthouse

Lovely room, only 1 issue, the bed could do with a better mattress however I slept like a baby both nights! Spotlessly clean and staff very helpful and friendly!

A 5 star welcome, 5 star food, 5 star service and a 5 star room.
A unique old hotel with a modern, clean, tidy fresh feel.
The food is amazing, locals travel here for the food.
Highly recammend!

Free parking 2 minutes walk
Easy access with codes provided in advance. No staff on site, but we had no call for them.
Old building with renovated modern touch to the room.
Not for people with mobility issues, main staircase winding/step/narrow.
Room clean but not thoroughly (dust on sockets)
Iron & ironing board provided, plus kettle & tea/coffee/sugar/milk
Huge bed, was comfy with nice linen
Wardrobe with safe and desk/dressing table and a full length mirror
Excellent value for money

Booked this Milford hotel for me and my husband as was attending Leeds festival, the hotel staff were very accommodating on arrival, I had contacted the hotel in advance about early checkin and as soon as we arrived our room was ready (at 12)
Even when we returned from the festival the man who was on the night desk had bags for our wellington boots.
The bar food in the water mill restaurant was very tasty too, Standard prices for a hotel - smoked salmon baguette with salad and crisps £6....
