"It is conveniently located between Dare du Nord and Gare de L’est and the staff is friendly and accommodating. These are the attributes. Though the facilities, especially the elevator and hallway lights, need significant upgrading, the room I had was clean and comfortable, sufficiently so that I slept well. It also included a few amenities, such ad a a well-stocked refrigerator with alcohol beverages."

"1. Rooms were very clean but very small. I always stay in the chain hotels and this was my first time staying in the local hotel because of the proximity to my work. I paid the same price as I would have paid for Holiday Inn Express which was about 1.2km away but had a much bigger room size and included breakfast. 2. No refrigerator in the room. 3. "We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lena. The staff were helpful and friendly. They kept our luggage for us after we checked out for several hours until we could go to the airport. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Gare du Nord and Gare de Est train stations."
