"Hôtel intéressant et propre. Belles chambres et ménage sans reproche. Nous sommes restés pris dans un ascenseur pendant 50 minutes. Jamais le personnel de l'hôtel n'est intervenu. Heureusement qu'on a réussi à communiquer avec la compagnie qui fait l'entretien des ascenseurs avec le bouton d'alarme. Nous avons informé le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel et la seule chose que l'on nous a dite est: je vais aviser mon supérieur. Aucune excuse ni d'empathie !"

"Decent location, parking garage pricey & challenging unless you have small car. Mistakes are checkout resulted in being charged twice for room and breakfast but they corrected it"

"We enjoyed Hotel Mundial, our room was quiet, nice and large with a window that opened, in old town, walking distance, very near several plazas with restaurants and other options. We were celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary and the hotel greeted us with special treats to help us celebrate. The hotel has a very nice breakfast with a high-rise view of the city, and a roof top bar. We felt fortunate to stay at Hotel Mundial and treasure our time in Lisbon, Portugal."

"Amazing location and comfy bed, plus great heating / cooling system in the room. The lobby and stairwells had a bad smell. The rooms on the 4th floor of the second building have extremely slanted roof, which made it very difficult to get around the room and spend time in. My partner (he is 6 feet tall) even bonked his head a couple times and I nearly did as well (I'm 5'5), which isn't great. I imagine rooms on the lower flows don't have such a slanted roof, so may be better? We only stayed for one night, so overall it was fine but would not recommend the rooms on the 4th floor. In my opinion, these rooms should be further discounted given the how low the roof is and how much of an inconvenience / slightly dangerous it can be."
