It is located in a fabulous location only about 5 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing where you have nightly live entertainment, numerous restaurants, and shops galore - and you can just hop on that golf cart - that comes with the house - to get there! You'll enjoy sitting on the lanai or backyard which has lots of seating areas where you can enjoy the use of the grill. Audrey Villas. The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.) The amenities this house has are countless; golf cart, bicycles, scooters, sleep number bed, desk, printer, and even an outdoor shower! And once you leave the house, you will have so many other activities to choose from; many pools, sports, pickleball, golf, and any other club you can think of. So needless to say, you will not be bored in The Villages! This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME. One small dog with pre-approval. Pet Fee is $150 The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
