#### Great Village Location

Even more spacious in person. Pictures accurate. Very large grassed fenced backyard perfect for dog. Well stocked kitchen with all appliances. Great location 7 minute walk to Seabreeze rec center, 8-9 minute drive to either Sumter or Brownwood squares. Adult pool also minutes away. Outstanding service from property managers. WiFi initially not working, Lisa came over and went to Verizon to obtain new modem. Soundbar on TV went out NY eve, Hannah immediately came out to fix. No golf cart, but bikes provided. Close to shopping/ groceries. Our previous reservation canceled two weeks before this stay, we were very pleased to be able to rent this courtyard villa. Great having an office in addition to the two bedrooms. Very quiet, walkable neighborhood.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa is a gem. The rooms are good-sized and bright, the kitchen is well stocked, and the lanai is very comfortable and inviting. I sleep better in this rental than I do at home -- the K mattress is amazing!
