    Located directly by Lake Cay, with a great view over the lake. You can also enjoy the seasonal Sea World Fireworks from the balcony ! Pool area with 'regular' pool and children's pool right outside. Gigantic Publix supermarket, NYPD Pizza, Beth's Burger and Asian restaurants within easy walking distance. Entire unit air-conditioned, elevators in the building, and wireless internet. Washing room with washer and dryer, Fully equipped kitchen with Stove, Microwave, Fridge with ice / water, coffee maker etc. Living room with 42' HDTV and sofa group. Every bedroom has 32' HDTV, drawers and walk in closet. Master and 2nd bedroom has King Size beds. 3rd bedroom has 2 x Twin beds.

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. Lots of room, very quite, easy parking right outside. You can watch the Disney fireworks form the balcony. Brilliant location for all the parks. We had a car, however could work with Uber etc. Publix walking distance, along wit a few restaurants. Pool was lovely, always plenty of sunbeds and we were there in August. Host responded super to quick to questions and very helpful. Would stay again.

We enjoyed this condo! We had stayed in another unit at Vista Cay 2 years prior and knew we would stay at Vista Cay when we returned to Orlando. This unit was in good shape, and had everything we needed for our week stay. We liked the big couch in the living room and the beds were comfortable. The drying rack was a big plus! The only thing I would change in the kitchen was to have more than 1 kitchen towel, and to have a spatula. The pool nearby is fantastic and having a Publix you can walk to is helpful! We had a great stay!

Beautiful and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so soft. It was a great place to come back to at the end of a busy day. I had to add an extra day at the last minute and it was no problem. My daughter’s dance team competes at the convention center, so we look forward to coming back for the next several years!

Unit is few steps away from the pool. It’ right next to PUBLIX, Chipotle and other stores. Been going to this place but this year- I did founf out that it so closed to the new EPIC theme park. Host is very easy to connect to. Definitely recommending to book this place.

Close to all the parks

The condo was very spacious and there’s a super market right next to the complex. The pools are refreshing and clean. I would stay here again the next time I am in Orlando.

Spacious apartment in excellent location.Arrived and had check-in sorted within a few minutes - all directions and instructions were very clear.The apartment is very well equipped and is ideally located, in our opinion, as it is both close to the parks, has supermarket, shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as great facilities within the complex itself. All communication was very friendly and responsive both with the owner and the on-site management.Will definitely return when in Orlando again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful and secure! Very close to Epic 5 min and universal is 10 min. Publix market and Dunkin and Chipotle right opposite and walkable. Has a great pool and strength and gym both of which we used. The condo comes with a starter kit of supplies such as dish washer, 2 coffee samples and trash bags and one small tube of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. So you will need to replenish depending on the number of days and how many people are in your party. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay for the parks and around.

Great location, clean apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean. The check in process was easy. The apartment is right next door to a supermarket and some takeaway places which were great to have there after a long day at the parks We used the pool several times which is just next to the apartment, it was great for our 4 year old as it was a good depth for him.

Love vista cay

In town for aau national’s volleyball. The condo ( except for an internet and cable glitch) and new pool were perfect. 3rd year at vista cay and will definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom condo! The space was clean, roomy, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy for everyone in our group to feel right at home. Each bedroom was cozy and well-furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.Check-in was seamless—clear instructions and no stress. Excellent Condo and Location

Lovely and clean and very good sized Condo, catering for up to six. Location is perfect, with a 20 minute drive to all disney parks and the same to Universal. Very close to Sea World and Discovery Cove which were less than a 10 minute drive. Check in and out was simple and the room was lovely. Host Torgier was helpful and explained everything clearly on booking. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Florida. Highly recommended

Great Unit, Super Convenient, and Very Clean

We enjoyed 10 days in this unit. It is super convenient to Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Sea World, and others. The unit was as described and very clean. The master mattress was nice, but a little firmer than I like. The guest bath needs a longer shower curtain so water doesn't come out of the shower. I would stay in this unit again!

We had a great time there but the washer didn’t work right and eventually locked our clothes in, the front desk seems to be helping us get our clothes back to us… so will be great if that happens!
