"Our stay at The Shilla was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best we’ve experienced while traveling and made it easy to get great rest after long days out. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent and clearly very well maintained. The staff truly stood out as well. Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel seamless and relaxing. The sauna and wellness facilities were also fantastic and a highlight of the stay. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and very well organized. Overall, The Shilla delivered an exceptional experience in every way — from the rooms and beds to the staff, amenities, and facilities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."

"ショッピングエリアがすぐ近くにあり、ロケーションはかなり良かったと思います。部屋も普通に綺麗で、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープと必要最低限ではありましたが、2in1シャンプーではなく、コンディショナーがあった事が有難かったです(質はともかく)。唯一少し気になったのはシャワーカーテンがほんの少し臭かったのと、シャワーカーテン下の方にカビなのか黒くなっていたのが気になりました。 後、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらう際にスーツケースとリュックをまとめる際紐の長さを調節するのに多少時間がかかっていたら、従業員の方が何度ももうよろしいでしょうか？と3〜4回しつこい位に聞かれ、少しイラッとしました。他の方の対応もあり従業員の方が忙しいのはわかりますが、その場で何度ももうよろしいでしょうか？と言わず、私がまとめている間に他の方の対応をするか、(1度位ならともかく)黙って待っていて欲しかったです。"
