"The current elevator has critical limitations in speed, cabin capacity, and dispatch logic, leading to extended passenger wait times and inefficient traffic flow during peak hours. This should be modernised."

"The hotel is very good for it's price but it comes with a distance of a 15 minute walk to Masjid Al nabawi. The area is quieter than hotels closer to the mosque and there are plenty of cheap food places and shops nearby. The room was decent, there were some marks on the tiles in the bathroom so it wasn't spotless but it's what you would expect with the price. The AC is loud but it keeps the room cool. The breakfast was ok, I have a desi orientated palate so for me the choices were limited but it's expected given the location (culturally) and price. The staff are helpful when you approach them so don't expect them to come to you."
