"My stay at Echo Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham was disappointing. The hotel feels very impersonal, and the overall concept is confusing—almost “Carvana-like,” which didn’t feel welcoming. There was barely someone at the front desk during check-in, and with no lobby area, it felt cold and uninviting. The cleanliness was also lacking: the elevator was dirty, the hallways needed carpet cleaning, and the shower curtain in our room appeared unsanitary. Small touches, like a complimentary jug of water for guests, which most hotels provide, were missing. Overall, it was just an overnight stop, but I couldn’t wait to check out and leave."

"We had to switch rooms. Toilet had no chain to make it flush, and no maintenence on site on Sunday. Never any towels at the pool. Location was great for spring training. "

"This is a nice little place in a convenient location. Quiet neighborhood close to the freeway. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The backyard and the pool are a lot of fun. There is a huge TV in the living room for the nights in. Overall our stay was very comfortable and nice. This home comfortably sleeps 6-7 and there is an air mattress if you need to add an eighth. My only recommendation would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms as there are only two bathrooms. We had 6 people getting ready for a wedding at the same time and the lack of mirrors was challenging. Communication with the host was great. No issues. Would recommend to others looking to be outside the city but conveniently close. "

"While we appreciated being able to spend time with family during our stay, the home did not match the photos or descriptions in the listing. Many of the pictures appear outdated and several advertised amenities were missing or different than shown.The pool itself was nice, but there were no lounge chairs around it as pictured and there is no fire pit. The gas grill shown in the listing has been replaced with a basic charcoal grill, and charcoal was not provided. The living room no longer has the leather recliners shown in the photos, but instead a single cloth sectional, and much of the other furniture appears worn and dated. Only one bidet in the bathrooms works, and the carpet throughout the home is heavily stained.Overall, the listing would benefit from updated photos and a more accurate description so future guests know what to expect. On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, laundry detergent, and some toiletries, which we appreciated."

"Rooms were clean. The property is in decent shape. Good neighborhood to be in next to a golf course. May need a few additional cooking utensils for kitchen and grilling. Communication with the host was pretty decent considering we got in super late. Great value for your money for a quick trip to Phoenix."

"Nice place, clean and comfortable, and it met all of our needs. Erica was very easy to work with and made the whole process smooth. We had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back."
