"The AC was horrible, sounding like a train on the railroad. Staff in the back around 3am was asleep and didn’t come to the front when called out to loudly. It wasn’t until loud banging made the employee wake up. Horrible experience"

"The breakfast menu was good, I usually dont like sasuages from places that arent at home but they were my favorite. The pancake machine was cool but i never tried them, and the juice was excellent. The staff always had a smile and tried to help with whatever was asked. Great service would definitely recommend for a solo traveler."

"The room was very small and poorly laid out. There were two TV's next to each other. My room was a king bed + sofa bed and it was a tiny room. I'm not a big guy but the bathroom was so small, there was barely room to get in/out of the show. The whole hotel was smaller than the pictures. Way over priced for the quality of the room."

"Description for property and properties usual amenities are not accurate and are not provided at this property. They provided one plastic cup in a room with 2 people and zero other anything. Kitchen cabinets are empty, no pots pans, glasses, dishwater, no coffee maker. Very noisy all night, no security, extra riot entrance security doors broken, cut my finger on bathroom counter with sharp edge... would not stay again. "

"I was only use hotel to sleep and out and about during the day so i can’t really comment on hotel amenities available during the day. My room card keys kept getting malfunctioned and I had to have new card key issued every night. Great location and quiet. Convenient to the mall or restaurants within walking distance. Evidence that hotel underwent updating and looks more modern. Highly recommend it for budget conscious travellers"

"The room was a nice size. The room was clean. I do wish the shower pressure was a little stronger. Plentiful parking on the back end. Staff was able to fix a booking/room error without any complications. Right next to the 101, and there are places to eat, within walkable distance."
