I complained about the issue with bidet and it was never taken care.

An exceptional stay defined by sharp, confident aesthetics. The hotel stands out immediately for its design—the material palette is effortlessly cool, striking, and executed with serious intention. From the textures of the raw surfaces to the subtle ambient scent that anchors the entrance, the curation is spot-on. The room itself is wonderfully spacious, beautifully balanced, and finished with meticulous attention to detail. The service matches the caliber of the space, thanks entirely to Jacky. His attentiveness and seamless hospitality made the entire experience feel completely effortless. Being based right inside Nantou Ancient City makes it even more compelling—having such a sleek, contemporary retreat set against the historic texture and energy of the neighborhood is a brilliant contrast. We loved everything about our time here and are already looking forward to our next stay.
