"The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and polite. The air conditioner was awesome it worked very well. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Super close to the beach about two blocks away maybe two and a half blocks. There's the deli next door and they make good breakfast burritos or just regular burritos if you want. Our stay there was very nice"

"This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. There were no issues with the unit. Parking is tight as in the spaces are very California sized and the lot is close across. I back into spaces and it took multiple adjustments to fit in some spaces.If you are an aviator like me you may find the nearby air field interesting. There is very little traffic but there is a biplane operator giving rides. Also if you're flying in everything else is walkable or a quick Uber ride. The airport code L52 and has self serve fuel.I would stay here again."

"Hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to respond. Kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you would need or want. Clearly they put a lot of thought into what you might need or have forgotten. Love that they provide lots of beach equipment so you don't have to bring your own. The game room is a fun addition to your hang time at the house. Be mindful of steep stairs if you have little ones or older family members."
