"The Oxford has a quaint feel to it with a nice courtyard. The rooms are fairly spacious with good countertop space, but the floors were pretty dirty based on the black color of our socks and feet after we showered. The breakfast was ok, my kids liked their waffles and sausage links but in my opinion, it was lower quality than typical continental breakfasts from other hotels. The staff was very kind and helpful when we were checking in and during breakfast."

"Room was outdated and not cleaned very well. When the upstairs used the bathroom you can hear the water running loudly through the pipes. Bed was very uncomfortable. If you stay on the bottom floors you will hear EVERYTHING above you. To top it off the alarm clock went off at 6am and got progressively louder until I went to turn it off. I wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend"

"This condo is very nice, clean and quiet. The bed to very comfortable. It’s nice to have a full size refrigerator and both types of coffee pots. It is close to the Oceano beach. I walked there to see the sunset. The Mexican Restaurant as you turn on to the Main Street is excellent. I would stay at this condo again. It is also close to Pismo Beach."

"It was a good location. However, there was a smell (smoky) to the property on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There were air purifiers but it didn't help much. Also, there were visible cobwebs in the main floor and there weren't many utensils in the kitchen (we had to hand wash). We won't stay here again."

"The room was clean. There were shops nearby. It was a great location. The bed was pretty comfortable too. The negatives were. It was very small. There were no supplies to even have takeout. I never did find the hot tub. I’m not saying it wasn’t there. It just was not obvious and I would’ve liked to use it."
